Summary : A suggested site for a cairn which is porbably a duplicate of another record (NRHE number 439214). The site was assessed in 1997, but was not scheduled.
More information : SX 58326347 Cairn dug into from the SE, diameter 8m and height 0.6m. Visited May 1976. (1) This cairn could not be located in the vicinity of the NGR indicated but very close to this point a leat has been constructed within the last three years. The leat and its upcast are together at least 15.0m. wide. (2) This is probably the same site as SMR record SX56SE83. Site visited 01-JAN-1997 to 31-MAR-1997 and assessed for scheduling. It was not scheduled as it could not be located on this visit. (3)
