Carved stone post, Abergavenny stone design, erected by Chepstow District turnpike trust, 19th century. Inscription reads: // Abergavenny / 10 //J. GARRETT. / IRON-FOUNDER / ST.MARGARET'S / IPSWICH / 1818//. Grade II listed by Historic England. Milestone Society National ID: HF_AGLT10. Last record: 2011. (See www.milestonesociety.co.uk)
