Summary : Pearman House Chalfont Centre for Epilepsy. Patients villa built in 1898 and designed by Maurice Adams, with a modern addition to the right. Domestic Revival style house of two storeys with a symmetrical design. The ground floor is of brick, on an ashlar plinth, with colourwashed roughcast above, the roof is of clay tiles. In the centre of the ground floor is a canted bay window in stone with moulded stone mullioned lead windows and a tented lead roof. |
