More information : The earthwork remains of a probable WWII air raid shelter located within the SE perimeter of Shoreham Airfield at TQ 2079 0527. This appeared as an elongated mound of approximately 6.5m x 15m, and was mapped from historical aerial photographs as part of the English Heritage: South Downs NMP project. (1)
