Barn, coach house and stables. Barn Late 18th century, remainder early 19th century. Stone with Welsh slate roofs. (1)

Farmhouse, formerly dated 1774 on lintel of cross-passge door, now demolished. Sandstone, pantile roof. (1)

Danby Lodge Farmhouse, formerly Wedlands Head, House: two storey gable entry house built 1774, extended by single storey addition in second quarter of the 19th century. Walls of squared rubble with herringbone tooling, tripartite lintels with projecting keyblocks. Keyblock inscribed JP 1774 (for John Proud? see documentary evidence below) reset over rear door. Farm Buildings: in line with house result after 1853 on site of earlier, but detached range. Those north-east of the house also largely re-built after 1853, but include barn with square-ended horse engine house of first half of 19th century.
Documentary evidence: Executor to John Proud of Danby, yeoman 19 June 1782, the whole estate to go to son John Proud and his heirs. Son Ralph £1, 15.

Danby Farm, built about 1834, with a taller granary building, the house outside the yard and a small barn with an integral horse engine house. (4)
