Most of the stone walls of the parlour appear to remain in their original state and they form the present farm house. The roof is modern. See GP/53/108/2. (2)

On the south side of the cloister was the 13th century prior's lodging, three storeys high, later converted to a farmhouse in the 17th-18th centuries when a central chimneystack was inserted. The farmhouse is included in the scheduling but unoccupied. Part of scheduling of Ulverscroft Priory (5) (see SK 51 SW 4)
