Summary : Site of the French Chapel. This was in the ground of the Savoy Hospital, and was originally the Little Chapel of the Hospital, buit 1510-6. French Protestants were granted use of the chapel in 1691 and moved to Soho in the 1730s, the chapel going out of use. It had been demolished by 1820.
