Summary : Cropmarks of a Roman watercourse
More information : TF 1557 0845. A 280m stretch of a broad ditched feature, 12 to 15m wide, was seen on air photographs, running in a north-north-east direction in fields to the north east of Northborough. This feature forms part of the Car Dyke system which is known to be Roman in date. The site, which is visible as a cropmark, cuts across the middle of the Neolithic causewayed enclosure described in record TF 10 NE 34.
