More information : A single linear feature, defined by 1 ditch with a maximum length of 170m, and centred at SU 4486 6887, was seen as cropmarks and mapped from poor quality air photographs. (Morph No. BE.17.4.1) This feature lies on the direct line of a known Roman Road (No. RR41b, LIN No. 207) and is therefore considered to be the ploughed-out remains of part of it.
