This grenade range, situated to the north of Rolston Camp, takes the form of a shallow throwing trench with an impact area and an earth bank to the rear. The site was plotted from aerial photographs dated 1945 by the Fortress Studies Group, they later visited the site during the Holderness Survey and found it to have been totally destroyed by the effects of coastal erosion. The monument is also visible as earthworks on air photographs examined as part of the Rapid Coastal Assessment Survey of the Yorkshire and Humber Estuary. Due to coastal erosion the monument no longer survives in situ. (2)
