Homestead moat at Yoxall near mill stream, of quadrant form, 300 ft by 110 ft. (2)
Three sides of a rectangular homestead moat, dry and in fairly good condition. There is a large inner bank on the eastern arm and on the eastern part of the north arm. (3)

This was the site of the ancient mansion of the de Yoxall family during the time of Henry I to Edward II; the remains of the moat were associated with a mill dam to the west side. (5)
