More information : Two DEL searchlight positions, on platform on beach. Spurn Head, Holderness. (1)

Wooden decked jetty (NMR916153), formerly used for the re-supplying and building of Bull Sand Sea Fort, provided the terminal for the Spurn Point Military Railway. The structure was constructed on concrete piles and had three coastal artillery searchlights built on it in WW2 (NMR1429766). (2)
