Summary : Pattesley House is believed to incorporate the late medieval remains of the Church of St John the Baptist. In the 16th and 17th centuries it was incorporated into a farmhouse which is constructed from brick and flint with some ashlar dressings and black and red pantiled roof, with some slate. The former church forms the main block with a 17th century stair outshut, enveloped by 18th and 19th century rear lean-to additions. There are further 20th century additions to the east and south.

Pattesley House (formerly listed as Pattesley Cottage). Believed to be
former church of St John Baptist (TF82SE6) converted into farmhouse. Late
Medieval, C16 and C17 conversions and later additions. Grade II* (See
