More information : SU 088713. One certain microlith of the 'bar' type,
found on Windmill Hill, Avebury, is now in Devizes Museum. (1)

Grinsell's gazetteer notes a microlith of 'rod' type from Windmill Hill, as well as cores of microlithic type, button scrapers, and "several petit tranchets". He also lists a perforated quartzite pebble used as a hammerstone under the heading 'Mesolithic or Later'. All are in Devizes Museum. (2)
