Full description
1. Several hundred sherds of Roman pottery found during field walking in January 1991 concentrated to S of pond on Alconbury and hill top. C1 - C2 including Nene Valley ware, Samian, coarse red and black shelly wares and one large fragment of opus signinum. See RN 00806a, 00808, 00808a for similar finds from the same area.
