Pond in S corner. Earthworks? to the SE and a pond mark from TL/1166/8273 - TL/1166/8278;
O1, There is no sign of the NE side, unless it is the bank from field to verge. The interior surface is uneven.

2. 1m resolution LiDAR data taken by the Environment Agency in 2015 indicated the survival of several earthwork features in the area, somewhat disturbed by the adjacent brickworks. The features comprised evidence of a linear ditch on a northeast-southwest alignment centred at NGR TL11808272 and extending for some 80m, the ditch then turns southeast and extends along a second arm to the pond. Centred at NGR TL11808266 this arm extends 65m before encountering the pond marking the SE corner of the platform. The evidence for a southern arm is less clear although a tentative line is suggested. Traces of a possible approach to the platform consisting of two parallel ditches at NGR TL11888264 is indicated on the southern arm extending from the road.
