1-2. Cropmarks of a probable later prehistoric or Roman settlement complex comprising accreted irregular curvilinear and rectangular enclosures are visible on aerial photographs to the north west of Barham, centred at TL 13374 75835. The features straddle a modern road and are visible over an area measuring approximately 330 m by 150 m. An area of settlement which may be contemporaneous is visible as cropmarks to the north east and is recorded separately. These features were recorded from EH Reconnaissance aerial photographs of 2011.
