Full description
1. A linear settlement site, which may be Iron Age to Roman in date, is visible as faint cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south of Barham, centred at TL 13053 74660. The cropmarks consist of at least two sub-rectangular ditched enclosures located along a ditched trackway on a north east-south west alignment. Medieval ridge and furrow is visible as cropmarks across the site and probably postdates it. These features were recorded from EH Reconnaissance aerial photographs of 2011.
