Full description

1. The cropmark of a possible Iron Age enclosure can be seen on HE Reconnaissance Aerial Photographs taken in 2009. This enclosure is situated to the east of Woolley at TL 1545 7435. It is irregular in shape, its eastern side is straight and runs parallel to, and close to the cropmark of a ditch. This cropmark ditch runs diagonally across the field and can be traced for approximately 500m. The cropmark of a second ditch can be seen running east-west to the south of the enclosure
