Full description

The Tithe Award for St Just records the field-name 'Park an Chapel' at Lower Boscaswell (b2). A barn at Lower Boscaswell was identified as the chapel (b3). A chapel here appears to be associated with the nearby holy well (29702). Site visits by the OS indicate that there are no indications of chapel foundations in the named field. The single storey barn (at SW 3778 3474) shows no evidence of association with the chapel (h1, h2).
