Full description

A walled garden to the north of house 33241.2 in the centre of the Mill Farm settlement (33244) is first recorded on 1876 OS map (b5) so probably mid-C19 in origin (b9). Planned at 1:500 by CCRA/NT in 1982 (h1, b6-b8) and visited by Herring in 1986 (h2, b9). Drystone walling. Entrance in north wall. Rectangular plan. To the rear of the house: possibly a vegetable garden (b9).
