Full description

Middle and late Bronze Age urns from cists were found within Ballowall Barrow and are at the RIC Truro, the Cambridge University Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, and the British Museum. Many sherds were also found within the barrow. There are many largely late Bronze Age class G Deverel Rimbury (after 750BC). There is one documented middle Bronze Age class C ribbon handled urn (b8, b9).
