Full description

The OS in 1961 surveyed at 1:2500 a feature confluent with the east side of the enclosure (30756.2) at Chykembro. On the outside of the enclosure is a small circular bank of earth and stones set on edge which is probably a hut circle (h1). Russell in 1971 lists the extant remains of a hut circle (b5). The OS who revisited the site in 1975 record that the feature is probably a hut associated with the animal pound (30756.2) (h2).
