Full description
One in a settlement of eleven hut circles, associated with a field system and boundary banks (1929), situated on a hilltop in open close-cropped moorland. A gorse-covered and generally disturbed stony area which has been identified as a hut circle by the OS (h1), could not be identified as such by the RCHM (h2, h3, b1). However, the latter do record a small hut circle 3.0m to the south east (1929.13).
