Full description
One in a settlement of eleven hut circles, associated with a field system and boundary banks (1929), situated on a hilltop in open close-cropped moorland. In the 1980s the RCHM surveyed, from the air and on the ground, a small hut circle with an internal diameter of approximately 5.5m and a spread of turf covered stony bank, 1.1m wide and 0.2m high (h1, h2, b1). This appears to be the hut located by the OS as being 3.0m to the north west (1929.12).
