Full description
In march, 1975 mrs. Beyboer of liskeard noticed and reported a ba urn lying in the side of a forestry cutting in largin wood. Mr. P. Trudgian and other cas members excavated the site. A burial pit 0.50M in diameter had been cut through a layer of thin top soil and a layer of earth with stone hill-wash. The urn was in 2 halves and contained cremated bone of an adult. The urn was drawn and a detailed report was written by mr. Apsimon (b2). The urn was of the trevisker series: it is now in truro museum.
