Full description
In the NW part of the quarry there is a collection of irregular pits and dumps, with charge holes in the granite bedrock. This is in contrast to the SE section, which is cut on a series of levels with and overlapping pattern of dumps, full details are given in the Kit Hill survey report (b2). It is visible on air photographs (p1) and was plotted as part of the NMP.
