Full description

A windmill is shown within the walls of Pendennis Castle on a drawing of the early 1660's (b21). It was apparently disused by 1715, when the site is marked on Christian Lilly's plan as "an old ruin'd windmill" (b2). No trace of the structure survived in 1983 (A Pearson, pers comm).
