Full description

A ruined farm building in the north part of Mill Farm (33244) is first mapped in 1876 (b5), it is not recorded on the 1842 Tithe Map, therefore it is mid-C19 in date (b9). Planned at 1:500 by CCRA/NT in 1982 (h1, b6-b8) and visited by Herring in 1986 (h2, b9). Internally 5.1m (N-S) by 2.8m (north end) and 2.3m (south end), with masonry walling. Very low pitched gable on the north wall. No windows or doorways visible. Possibly there was once a doorway in south wall which has collapsed (b9).
