Full description

The remains of a slipway lying at HWM, halfway along Pendrathen Beach. This site was photographed by CAU in October 1990 (h1, b1, p1). It consists of the remains of an 8.0m long by 3.0m wide paved area, composed of cobbles and slabs, bounded along its west side by a boulder wall, 8.0m long by 0.8m high. To the south of these remains a passage has been cut through the ram cliff to provide access from the cliff top.
