Full description

Hirst recorded a barrow on his annotated map (b1) which is listed by Russell in 1971, who comments that it was ploughed down (b2). The OS recorded it as 9.0m diameter, 0.3m high (h1) and Gerrard during 1:2500 sketch survey in 1985, stated that a slight rise was still visible 0.3m high (h2, b4, b5). It is recorded as tumulus on OS maps (b3).
