Full description
Lawson-Jones and Herring identified a possible Bronze Age cairn sited close to the rampart on the south-western side of the enclosure at Caer Bran (b1). It survives as a circular ring with a maximum height of 0.3m, and a width of approx 1.2m. Its diameter is 8.6m internally and 11m externally. It was first recognised by Weatherhill who interpreted it as a hut circle (cited in b1). The monument is included in the Schedule.
