Full description

A bridge carrying the line of the Cornwall Railway over the public road at 290m 71c. The bridge is of squared masonry with a tall (16' 6") semi-circular arch having a slight horshoe profile. There are dressed stone voussoirs to the arch and incurving wing walls. The imported brick parapets with stone coping are of later date, and there are many brick repairs and patching in various places (JRS).
