Full description

A bridge carrying the line of the Cornwall Railway over a farm access at 289m 14c. The bridge is of large squared masonry, having a round arch with a horeshoe profile. There are cut stone voussoirs, and an imported brick parapet has been added which has a dressed stone coping. Flanking ramped wing walls have been rendered on the upper face. Built by Sharpe & Sons (contractors) between 1852-55 (JRS).
