Full description
A bridge carrying the line of the Cornwall Railway over the public road at 311m 17c. The bridge is built of rubble masonry, with a segmental arch on vertical abutments. There are cut stone voussoirs to the arch, with a string course above, and a low stone parapet which is coped with small edge-set blocks. The bridge is built to single-track width at approx 5m. It was widened during WW2 on the west side with a riveted steel girder bridge which has a concrete deck (JRS).
