Full description
A bridge carrying the line of the Cornwall Railway over a private path at 311m 65c. The bridge provided private access to the southern part of the gardens of Gyllyngvase Cottage, which had been divided by the construction of the Cornwall Railway in 1863. The bridge is of dressed squared masonry, brought to course, with a round arch which has dressed stone voussoirs. Ashlar wing walls are straight-jointed to the arch, and there is a coped stone parapet. The arch has been blocked and a doorway added, and now serves as a garden shed (JRS).
