Summary
Record plans of No 3 Bastion quick fire battery dated 1904 shows a small building on the site of the straw store, lablled '…and Army Service Corps Stores'. The building and label had, presumably, been scratched off of the drawing, because they were superseded by the new army service corps stores in Smithwick's Bastion in 1904, and may have been demolished at that time.
