Full description
Two searchlights to support Pendennis Battery (DENNIS) were constructed to the east of MOON No 1 behind POINT Battery during World War Two. The two new lights were directed remotely from the Battery Observation Post on DENNIS Battery. The lights were almost certainly put into care and mainenance with DENNIS Battery in 1944 and finally dismantled in 1956. All emplacements have subsequently been demolished leaving only footings (1).
