Full description
The palace was re-used after dissolution by a farmer (prn 18661.2), And subsequently as a prison (prn 18661.3). The site of Medieval deer park belonging to the Bishops of Exeter which was in existence by 1236 when the town of Penryn was established within it. It was disparked circa 1450. Much of the original parkland is now covered by modern housing. There is now a modern house on the site, in the garden of which are a number of Medieval carved stones (11)
