Full description

The site of a chapel is recorded at Bissoe on the OS map. Higher Bissoe (Bedou in 1250 (b3)) was the residence of the Bedou family, and the chapel may have been a private family chapel. The site is shown on the 1842 Tithe map of Perranarworthal as Parc an Chapel (apportionment no. 825).
