Fox, A., 1958, Twenty-Fourth Report on the Archaeology and Early History of Devon, 226 (Article in Serial). SDV341823.

Two coins of Trajan (AD 100-117) were found corroded together near the railway bridge at the higher end of Hill Barton Road. Both are Ases.
