Herding monument and unidentified monument in the churchyard about 5 metres south east of south aisle of Church of St Mary. Pair of headstones. Herding headstone of early 19th century, unidentified headstone of late 18th century. Slate. Headstone to William Herding, 1815, segmental-headed, with valedictory verse; by J. Toop and Son. Small segmental-headed monument with wavy-edged incised border, with cherub with stylised wings, 6-line verse but no dedication.
