Spring marked on 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map off south-west corner of pond at Narracott.

Site visit to Narracott Farm. There is a butter well, a spring-cooled outdoor cupboard, by the pond now lacking its door. In Devon, butter wells are peculiar to the Tavistock region. Recommended for grant aid for repair should it be included in a Countryside Stewardship application.
