Linear cropmarks to the north of Cornborough are visible on aerial photographs of 2004 to 2007. the roughly east-west and north-south aligned cropmarks may be forming over removed field boundaries of post-medieval or potentially earlier date. An inverted L-shaped cropmark at circa SS49152852 may correspond with a field boundary depicted on the 1840 Tithe map for Abbotsham. None of the other recorded cropmarks correspond with any known historic boundaries. It is possible they are either significantly earlier in date, or are potentially geological in origin.
