Two linear banks, approximately 2 to 3 metres wide, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken between 1046 and 2007. Field boundaries are depicted in this location on the 1844 Tithe map, but not the 1880s-1890s Ordnance Survey mapping, suggesting that the banks are relict field boundaries of medieval or post-medieval date that became disused in the second half of the nineteenth century.
