Low earthwork banks and platforms visible on aerial photographs of 1967 to the east of Higher Worthygate Farm, Parkham, are probably the remains of field boundaries and enclosures of post-medieval date. Sub-square or rectilinear earthwork platforms centred on circa SS36782349 and measuring up to 10 metres by 14 metres in size, are probably the remains of small enclosures depicted on the 1842 tithe map of Parkham, listed as gardens in the accompanying apportionments. The platforms are possibly visible as very low earthworks on digital images derived from aerial photograph flown in 2008, but these were not available as hard copies for stereoscopic viewing, therefore this cannot be confirmed.
