A small rectangular structure is visible.

The structure remains visible.


Royal Air Force, 1958, RAF/80/744, NMR RAF/80/744 0016-0017 13-SEP-1958 (Aerial Photograph). SDV349746.

The structure remains visible.

The structure is no longer visible and appears to have been replaced by a golf course teeing ground.

The small rectangular structure referred to in the Higher Level Stewardship Scheme Archaeological Survey report was not recorded during the survey, but remains may survive below ground level.

A small rectangular structure of probable Second World War date is visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s on Northam Burrows. The structure is circa 5 by 3 metres in size. Its function is unknown but it is likely to be of military origin. It remains visible in 1958 but is not visible on aerial photgraphs of 1967 or later .
