Hughes, S. + Kerr-Peterson, K. + Valentin, J., June 2012, Land to the East of Steamer Quay Road, Bridgetown, Totnes: Results of an Archaeological Trench Evalution (Report - Evaluation). SDV349727.

Undated evidence for a possible settlement in the north-west part of the site, east of Steamer Quay Road, Bridgetown.

Trench 10 contained seven linear features, four possible post holes or small pits, two possible linear terminals or pits, a possible linear and a natural feature.

Two sherds of medieval pottery and an early post-medieval sherd was recovered, as was one piece of residual prehistoric worked flint.
