Summary
Three small square features of probable Second World War date and military function are visible as possible structures on Braunton Burrows on aerial photographs of 1946. They have been tentatively interpreted as anti-tank cubes. They are not visible on the later aerial photographs available to the survey and have probably been removed or obscured by shifting sand dunes.

Three small square, possibly cuboid structures are visible.

Three small square features of probable Second World War date and military function are visible as possible structures on Braunton Burrows on aerial photographs of 1946. They measure circa 1.5 metres square and have been tentatively interpreted as anti-tank cubes, possibly in use as training area markers. They are not visible on the later aerial photographs available to the survey and were probably removed in the years following the war or obscured by shifting sand dunes.
