Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
'Sluice' shown on the late 19th century historic map, where the Pottery Leat is taken off the river. The leat is thought to have been dug sometime after 1843 so it's possible that the weir dates from this period.
